Terms of Service — Thuốc ơi
1. Scope and acceptance
Thuốc ơi is an app provided by Tuấn Điệp to help record prescription information, organise medication schedules, and create reminders. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If you are not old enough to consent under the laws where you live, use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the app if you do not agree to these Terms.
2. Not a medical service
Thuốc ơi is an organisational and reminder tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare provider.
Scan results, OCR, AI suggestions, and reminder schedules may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must check the original prescription and consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking medication, changing a dose, stopping medication, or making a medical decision. Do not use the app in an emergency; contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider immediately.
3. Acceptable use and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and your right to use every image, prescription detail, reminder, and other content that you enter or share. You must not:
- violate laws, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of others;
- upload another person’s data without the required right or consent;
- interfere with, probe, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or related services; or
- rely exclusively on AI-generated content for a medical decision.
If you use Family features, you may share another person’s health or prescription data only when you have appropriate authority and consent. You can change or remove shared content using the features available in the app.
4. Features, device permissions, and online services
The app may ask for camera or photo-library permission when you choose a prescription image; notification or alarm permission to deliver reminders; and other permissions presented by your operating system for a feature you choose. You can decline or revoke permissions in device settings, but some features may not work fully.
Some functions require the internet, including sync, Family, prescription scanning, and subscription entitlements. Features may change, be limited, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, your device, third-party services, or safety reasons. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a subscription, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are processed by the App Store or Google Play under that platform’s terms. Thuốc ơi does not process or store your payment-card details.
You can manage or cancel renewal in the subscription-management area of the App Store or Google Play. Deleting a Thuốc ơi account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Entitlement information for an active subscription may be maintained so you can restore access after reinstalling the app.
6. Ownership and feedback
Thuốc ơi, its software, interface, and the materials we provide are protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content. You allow us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, sync, and provide the features you request. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the app without compensation obligations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thuốc ơi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tuấn Điệp is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on AI information, content you provide, service interruption, third-party failures, or use of the app contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Termination and changes
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access when needed to protect users or the service, or to comply with law.
When a change materially affects these Terms, we will publish a new version on this legal site with its effective date. Your continued use after that date means you accept the new version to the extent permitted by law.
